Our Team

We are a team of seasoned software professionals who have built multi-billion dollar companies from scratch. The founders were part of the founding team at ThoughtSpot, a revolutionary new BI company. We have deep expertise in enterprise software, large-scale distributed systems, data processing, data visualization, and analytics. What Our Team Needs

We are looking for a highly versatile rockstar to join our marketing team as the Head of Growth Marketing. You will be responsible for establishing and delivering best-in-class lead generation programs at NetSpring, with a mix of tried-and-true and innovative new approaches. You will continually adapt and optimize tactics around both product-led and sales-led growth to drive high-quality pipeline.

The right person for this role will be able to identify and adapt successful growth marketing techniques from other market leaders in B2B SaaS with PLG, while immersing themselves in our exciting and fast-paced startup environment. You are a highly creative and strategic thinker with an attention to detail, who can quickly understand our value proposition and messaging.

You will report to the VP Marketing and work extremely closely with both Sales and Product.

What You Will Do

  • Will own the day to day creation and execution of email, social, content, and web marketing while also directly managing vendors/agencies to augment in-house capabilities
  • Work hand-in-hand with Sales to prospect and build lists based on our Ideal Customer Profile, and then enable Sales around your marketing campaigns
  • Work closely with Product to understand the self-service customer journey and optimize digital and inbound marketing tactics 
  • Diligently track campaign performance and make recommendations on how to better drive MQLs and SQLs
  • Innovate and bring your best ideas to the table

Skills You Possess

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business (preferably marketing, economics, or related field)
  • 5+ years of marketing experience in Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, or ABM with a focus on customer acquisition (familiarity with target personas of digital or product analytics such as Mixpanel, Amplitude or Heap strongly preferred)
  • Direct experience with our MarTech stack, which currently includes: HubSpot, Salesloft, Zoominfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, WordPress, and Google Analytics
  • Working knowledge of web analytics, SEO/SEM keyword management and social listening tools
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Can handle ambiguous and chaotic times with composure while staying organized and on task
  • Thinking strategically in order to scale in a repeatable fashion is second nature to you
