What You Will Do
Participate in building the foundation of the solutions engineering team
Engage with customers and prospects on understanding their business requirements and how they map to NetSpring’s solution
Design and implement customer use cases in the NetSpring platform working actively with customers on data sources, modeling and advanced analytics
Drive customer implementations to completion and success within timelines and budgets
Provide technical help for customers using the product for evaluation or in production
Conduct technical orientation sessions for new customers onboarded to the NetSpring platform
Skills You Possess
Experience working with a SaaS service for an enterprise data analytics product
Deep technical understanding of data analytics and familiarity with analytic tools and platforms
Hands-on technical with building and delivering analytics solutions for enterprise customers
Strong SQL, ETL, data modeling, and scripting skills
Ability to quickly understand and integrate with new tools and platforms
5+ years of experience as a solutions engineer
