NetSpring has announced the executive leadership appointment of Brady Fox as Vice President of Sales. NetSpring offers warehouse-native Product & Behavioral Analytics with the analytical power of Business Intelligence (BI).
“I am delighted to welcome another veteran from the Product Analytics space to NetSpring,” said Vijay Ganesan, CEO and co-founder of NetSpring. “I look forward to working with a sales leader of Brady’s caliber to help usher in the next generation of product analytics.”
Fox has over 20 years of experience in enterprise sales leadership and account management, over which time he has helped to evangelize the early and strategic adoption of product analytics, its predecessor web analytics, and more broadly, customer and marketing analytics. Prior to joining NetSpring, he was the VP Strategic Account Management at Ethos. Fox has also held roles at Amplitude, IBM Watson, Tealium, Adobe, Omniture, and Oracle.
“First-generation product analytics tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, and Heap pre-date the modern data stack. As large enterprises centralize all their data in cloud data warehouses like Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, or Databricks, those legacy tools simply cannot accommodate this new architecture,” said Fox. “We have found that a significant amount of product analytics effort is being done on the warehouse with other SQL or BI tools – tools that were not designed for event-oriented data. NetSpring bridges this gap by offering self-service product analytics with the analytical power of BI for ad hoc visual exploration, directly on the warehouse. This offers significant advantages of cost, security, and business impactful analytics.”
The addition of Brady to the executive team reflects the momentum NetSpring is seeing with the emergence and relevance of warehouse-native or connected apps, as more and more enterprises modernize around the cloud data warehouse, and as newer businesses begin their journey as warehouse-natives.
