Our Team

We are a team of passionate engineers and builders who have built multiple multi-billion dollar companies from scratch. Our founders previously co-founded ThoughtSpot, a data and AI unicorn and one of the hottest companies of the previous decade. We have deep expertise in building large-scale distributed systems, data processing, analytics & AI, and data visualization. NetSpring is funded by top-tier Silicon Valley venture capital firms – Khosla Ventures and Dell Technologies Capital. Other passions of our team include (but are not limited to) pickleball, ping pong, burmese food, and photographing office naps.

What You Will Do

• • Design, develop and ship scalable backend systems.
  • Work closely with Product Manager, UX, and Application Engineers to iterate in a novel and exciting product space.
  • Wear many hats, providing opinions on product, design, architecture, pushing our product and team to be the best they can be.

Skills You Possess

• • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, and with data structures/algorithms.
  • 3+ years of backend experience in building, deploying and maintaining large and highly scalable distributed systems.
  • Experience in Java is a plus.

We Would Love to See

• • Experience in building and supporting large enterprise scale backend infrastructure.
  • Experience in modern, fast-paced, cross-functional software development best practices and CI/CD.
