Our Team

The founders were part of the founding team at ThoughtSpot, a revolutionary new Business Intelligence company. We have deep expertise in enterprise software, large-scale distributed systems, data processing, data visualization, and analytics. What Our Team Needs

We are looking for a highly versatile rockstar to join our marketing team as the Head of Demand Generation. You will establish and deliver best-in-class Demand Gen programs at NetSpring. The right person for this role will be who we build the Demand Gen team around, and will be able to immerse themselves in our exciting and fast-paced startup environment, quickly understand our value proposition and messaging, and immediately build pipeline.

Initially you will focus on supporting outbound sales activities with the right mix of marketing tactics to ramp pipeline as we establish ourselves in the market – including some warm calling. But as we scale, you will adapt and optimize tactics around both sales-led and product-led growth to drive pipeline. You will report to the VP Marketing and work extremely closely with both Sales and Business Development and Product to deliver results.

What You Will Do

  • Will own the day to day creation and execution of email, social, content, and web marketing while also directly managing vendors/agencies to augment in-house capabilities
  • Work hand-in-hand with Sales to prospect and build lists based on our Ideal Customer Profile, and then enable Sales around your marketing campaigns
  • Work closely with Product to understand the self-service customer journey and optimize digital and inbound marketing tactics 
  • Diligently track campaign performance and make recommendations on how to better drive MQLs and SQLs
  • Innovate and bring your best ideas to the table

Skills You Possess

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business (preferably marketing, economics, or related field)
  • 5+ years of marketing experience in Demand Gen, ABM, or MarketingOps with a focus on acquisition and/or growth marketing (preferably marketing to users of digital or product analytics such as Mixpanel or Amplitude)
  • Direct experience with marketing automation or ABM platforms (including preferably HubSpot, Zoominfo, Bombora or 6Sense)
  • Working knowledge of web analytics, SEO/SEM keyword management and social listening tools
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Can handle ambiguous and chaotic times with composure while staying organized and on task
  • Thinking strategically in order to scale in a repeatable fashion is second nature to you
