Part of NetSpring’s product-driven marketing involves developing rich content around use cases and business value. NetSpring’s SaaS service aims to provide a self-service trial, easy onboarding and quick production deployment. This is enabled by rich product documentation, in-context help, tutorials and self-paced training. That’s where you come in.

Our Team

We are a team of seasoned software professionals who have built multi-billion dollar companies from scratch. The founders were part of the founding team at ThoughtSpot, a revolutionary new Business Intelligence company. We have deep expertise in enterprise software, large-scale distributed systems, data processing, data visualization and analytics. NetSpring is funded by top-tier Silicon Valley venture capital firms – Khosla Ventures and Dell Technologies Capital.

What You Will Do

  • Lead all content development efforts at NetSpring
  • Develop product marketing content around use cases and business value
  • Maintain blog calendar and publish product and engineering blogs regularly
  • Contribute to website content 
  • Develop product documentation and in-product context-sensitive Help
  • Develop tutorials and training material

Skills you possess

  • Ability to understand and articulate the core messaging and positioning of a technical product
  • Passion for producing carefully crafted creative content for product and for marketing
  • Eye for detail, brand identity and rich customer experience in all content that is put out
  • 5+ years of experience in content marketing and copywriting 
  • 5+ years of experience in writing product documentation for a large enterprise-grade technical product
  • Experience working with a modern SaaS platform 
  • Ability to work in a small, dynamic startup environment
